Join a high-performing respiratory therapy team supporting an EPIC transition backfill initiative. This role involves delivering both basic and critical respiratory care to adult and geriatric populations while working in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and interpretation
- Monitor and document patient responses to therapy
- Assess appropriateness of prescribed respiratory treatments
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and charge capture in Epic
- Assist in training/orienting new staff as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
