What You Will Do

Your day-to-day efforts will help clients stay independent and thrive doing the things they love. Responsibilities include:

• Personal Care Support: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  
  
• Mobility & Wellness: Helping with transfers, ambulation, and light range-of-motion exercises.
  
  
• Nutrition: Handling meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and feeding assistance.
  
  
• Household Management: Keeping environments safe and clean with light housekeeping and laundry.
  
  
• Companionship: Providing meaningful socialization, engaging activities, and much-needed respite for family members.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking dedicated, reliable professionals who have a genuine passion for elevating the lives of others.

• The Right Heart: A sincere desire to help others live their best lives possible.
  
  
• Background: Some college education or medical training (CNA, HHA, or PCA experience) is a big plus!
  
  
• Reliability: Access to safe, dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
  
  
• Language Skills (Highly Desired): Fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Tagalog/Philippine languages to best support our diverse community members.
  
  
• Commitment: A strong work ethic and a desire for consistent, meaningful work.
