Distribution Associate (2nd Shift) — Redlands, CA
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Distribution Associates to support warehouse and material distribution operations. This role focuses on case picking, RF scanning, and preparing orders for shipment.
Schedule
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 40 hours/week
Pay
- $19.50/hour
What You’ll Do
- Process customer orders: scan barcodes, pick cases, label boxes
- Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments
- Use RF/handheld scanners to process and verify orders
- Verify accuracy and package shipments
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed (backup coverage)
Required Qualifications (must be on resume)
- 2+ years operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Strong case picking accuracy and speed
- Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF devices/handheld scanners
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred). If not listed, 2+ years applicable experience is required.
- Prior warehouse/material handling equipment (MHE) experience
Physical / Work Environment
- Warehouse environment; moderate-to-loud noise
- Frequent standing/walking and repetitive hand motions
- May lift 50+ lbs in some areas
- Work near moving equipment and varying temperatures
