Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Launch your next career adventure as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in a vibrant school community near Chula Vista, CA. This full-time, contract opportunity welcomes both SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates. The need is for two talented professionals to serve students from July 2026 through May 2027. Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly valued to best support a diverse student population.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged
  • Previous school-based SLP or pediatric experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services for elementary-age students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Facilitate small group and one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to diverse needs
  • Participate in case conferences, trainings, and school meetings as required
