Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Handyman for Real Property Management. The Handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization. Responsibilities

<li>Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned</li>
<li>Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services</li>
<li>Perform work in a timely manner</li>
<li>After-hours calls and site visits as necessary</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>1-2 years experience</li>
<li>Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff</li>
<li>General maintenance and repair knowledge</li>
<li>Willingness to learn</li>
<li>Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions</li>
<li>Willingness to be on-call 24/7</li>
