Seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Technician to support customer sites by delivering, installing, relocating, and removing tanks and equipment. This position requires someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is comfortable troubleshooting basic issues in the field. Candidates with towing experience and previous field service experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with on-site service needs and basic equipment issues.
- Deliver, install, relocate, and remove tanks and equipment at customer locations.
- Safely tow trailers and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor field issues and communicate more complex problems to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete required paperwork and service documentation accurately.
- Represent professionally while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous field service or outdoor work experience preferred.
- Towing experience is preferred .
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with tanks, trailers, or similar equipment.
- General mechanical or maintenance experience.
- Construction, agricultural, or industrial field experience is a plus.
