Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- In-Person Visits: Dining at restaurants, shopping at retail stores, or visiting car dealerships to observe, take photos, and evaluate the experience.
- Customer Service Evaluation: Engaging with staff, asking specific questions, or making complaints to test employee knowledge and conflict resolution skills.
- Compliance Checks:
Ensuring employees follow company policies, such as checking identification for alcohol sales or displaying specific marketing materials. - Online/Remote Assessments: Testing website checkout processes, calling customer service, or evaluating app usability.
- Reporting: Submitting detailed, honest reports through online portals about their experience.
