We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman who takes pride in quality, leads by example, and enjoys seeing extraordinary projects come to life.

What You'll Do
As the Foreman, you'll lead the field operations for our landscape construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate landscape construction crews on high-end residential projects
- Read and interpret landscape, grading, and construction plans
- Coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Build and install hardscape, softscape, drainage, irrigation, lighting, outdoor living spaces, and related landscape improvements
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and homeowners
- Ensure exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
- Train and mentor crew members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Identify and solve field challenges before they become problems

- Large specimen tree installations
- Premium planting and lawn installations
- Luxury outdoor living environments
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of landscape construction experience
- Experience leading field crews
- Ability to read landscape and construction plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with grading and drainage
- Irrigation installation and troubleshooting
- Masonry, concrete, and paver installation experience
- Equipment operation experience
- Pool construction experience
- California contractor or trade certifications are a plus
