Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
- Coordinate and manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Utilize warehouse systems (RF Smart, NetSuite) to monitor order fl ow and inventory movement.
