Inside Sales Representative - Real Estate Acquisition

Salary: $175,000-$300,000+ per year | No License or Experience Required

Average sales reps make $175k-$300k annually. Base Pay of $3,000/month first 2-months then a $3,000/draw months 3+ (meaning paid the greater of $3,000/month or paid commisson). Commission paid is 10% of the assignment fee (revenue for the deal)

1099 role.

What You’ll Do Daily

Make 175+ inbound/outbound calls with warm, motivated sellers
Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
Negotiate win-win solutions
Present cash offers using proven scripts and strategies
Analyze properties and determine offer prices (training provided)
Manage leads and follow-ups in our CRM
Send contracts and push deals through closing

Training & Support

No experience? No problem.
