- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership or pending admission.
- 1-6 years of litigation experience preferred within Wage and Hour Class Action, and/or PAGA
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Report onsite for junior associates daily, for more experienced Associates we're open to hybrid or occasional onsite if you're out of the commutable distance.

Position Overview
The Junior Associate will support the firm's employment litigation practice, handling matters ranging from individual employment disputes to complex class and representative actions. This role offers exposure to all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
- Assist with case development, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients and provide case updates.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as assigned.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage cases and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar membership or pending admission.
- 1-6 years of litigation experience preferred within Wage and Hour Class Action, and/or PAGA
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
