The Role
A hands-on, technical product leader who builds new products on top of the client's infrastructure, owning the full arc from idea to MVP to production to $1M+ ARR. Roughly 70–80% strategy, customer work, and roadmap; 20–30% execution. Works daily across Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers.
Tooling: APIs, SQL, databases, Postman.
Requirements
- 1.5–6 years in software (data analyst, product, or technical role)
- A hands-on builder, not a strategist
- Technical depth: APIs, SQL, Postman, databases
- Customer-facing, from software engineers to CFOs
- Early-stage startup tenure on a data-dense product
- On-site in SF, 5 days, no remote
Nice to Haves
- A PM or technical role at an early-stage startup building a data-dense or complex product
- Founding PM or founding-team experience with real roadmap ownership from 0 to 1
- Construction-tech, fintech, or vertical-SaaS adjacency with accounting-workflow exposure
- Hands-on technical depth: production work with APIs, SQL, databases, Postman
- Multi-year tenure at a previous role
