Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple properties and ensure they are well maintained and functioning efficiently.

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants by handling communication, leasing support, and issue resolution.

Monitor rent activity, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records for each property.

Coordinate inspections, maintenance needs, and compliance requirements across assigned locations.

Support property performance by managing day to day activities and contributing to overall operational success.
Requirements:
-
4+ years of experience in property management, specifically within multifamily environments.

Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements, including government assisted programs.

Previous experience using property management systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar platforms.

Ability to work in a field based role and manage responsibilities across multiple sites.

Strong understanding of rent tracking, billing, and account management processes.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.

Effective communication skills for working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Proactive and accountable work style with a hands on approach to problem solving.

Ability to operate independently while collaborating with team members when needed.
