Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Play a vital role in supporting school-aged children as a skilled paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or certified paraprofessional will empower K–12 students in a dynamic per diem educational setting. Qualifications & Certifications:
- Active RBT certification or current Paraprofessional Certification
- Valid CPI Training Certification (blue card) – mandatory
- Current CPR card
- Ability to work with students in the K–12 age range
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and positive behaviors
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral and educational support to students as outlined in each child’s plan
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to encourage student success
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress
- Foster an inclusive and safe classroom environment
- Adapt support strategies based on individual student needs
- Be flexible with scheduling to accommodate school calendar and as-needed assignments

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.50 to $40.50. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
