Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant, based in Los Angeles, CA. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing answering and screening phone calls, intake, administrative support, assisting with legal document preparation, maintaining case files, and communicating with clients, attorneys, legal teams, insurance companies, anf opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client interactions and coordination with legal teams
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and office organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
