What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate/Cashier, you’ll play a key role in making every customer’s visit to our store a memorable one. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly attitude. - Assisting customers in finding the perfect party supplies, toys, or decorations. - Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves as needed. - Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to speak English fluently. - A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. - A passion for creating a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
