Estimating plays a critical role in delivering on that promise.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Construction Estimator to support pricing, budgeting, and project costing across an active residential remodeling pipeline. This role works closely with the design, production, and ownership teams to help build conceptual budgets, scoped proposals, and contract-ready estimates that support successful projects from pre-construction through completion.We are open to candidates from both traditional residential estimating backgrounds and adjacent construction-related financial or job-costing environments. Candidates with experience in construction accounting, supplier pricing, project cost control, purchasing, or subcontractor financial coordination may also be a strong fit if they have the operational mindset and interest in growing deeper into estimating.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Estimating & PricingBuild conceptual, scoped, and contract-ready estimates for residential remodeling projectsAssist with budgeting throughout the project lifecycleSupport pricing accuracy and scope validationMeet committed turnaround timelinesMaterials Takeoffs & CostingBuild quantity takeoffs from architectural drawingsPrice materials using current vendor and supplier pricingMaintain awareness of pricing fluctuations and lead timesTrade Partner & Vendor CoordinationSolicit and manage trade partner bidsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers on current pricing and availabilityMaintain organized pricing and bid documentationProduction Handoff & Ongoing SupportExport finalized budgets into project management software accuratelyAssist with purchase orders and change order pricingSupport production teams with pricing clarifications during constructionWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in residential remodeling estimating, construction job costing, project cost control, construction accounting, purchasing, or related fieldsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to read plans and understand project scopeStrong communication skills with vendors, designers, and project teamsComfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, and estimating softwareSelf-directed and detail-orientedPreferred BackgroundResidential remodeling or design/build experienceConstruction accounting or supplier finance experienceMaterials sourcing or procurement exposureExperience supporting project budgeting or operational financeCompensationApproximately $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and depth of residential estimating knowledgePosition DetailsFull-timeIn-office or remote is considered for the right candidateReports directly to ownershipHow to ApplyIf you're excited about this opportunity and believe you'd be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you.Please submit your application for consideration.
