- Analyze operational metrics and develop action plans to improve results.
- Coach and mentor management teams to drive accountability and performance.
- Assist with hiring, training, and development of branch leadership.
- Support employee relations and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
- Partner with executive leadership to execute company initiatives and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Step into temporary leadership roles when needed, including serving as Acting Branch Manager during vacancies, leaves of absence, or transitional periods.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service levels throughout the region.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing multiple locations and/or multiple managers preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and holding teams accountable to goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel frequently between locations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
