Job Type: Contract (6–8 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $66.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 40 Hours Weekly
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer to join a busy outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms while delivering exceptional patient care and supporting physician diagnostic needs.
Required Qualifications
• ARDMS or CCI Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer experience
• Strong proficiency in performing routine echocardiograms independently
• Experience producing diagnostic-quality images with minimal supervision
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Experience with EPIC preferred
Responsibilities
• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
• Obtain accurate cardiac measurements and diagnostic images
• Review patient history and verify examination orders
• Prepare and educate patients regarding procedures
• Monitor patient condition during examinations
• Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC
• Follow infection control and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
• Assist with equipment quality control and maintenance
• Float to nearby clinic locations as needed
