Status: Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $33–$40/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement or company vehicle

Deliver Respiratory Relief Where It Matters Most

Aspen Lake Medical Equipment is expanding our clinical team in California and seeking a compassionate, licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to support patients across the Central Valley. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory assessments, equipment setup, and education for patients referred for CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, and nebulizers, primarily as they discharge from post-acute care facilities.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate patients and review orders for CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen, and nebulizer therapies.
Perform initial setup of equipment, deliver patient and caregiver education, and verify proper use.
Monitor and follow compliance requirements for new CPAP/BiPAP patients, ensuring alignment with insurance guidelines and confirming the patient is benefiting from therapy.
Communicate with referral partners including discharge planners, case managers, and physicians.
Document care provided and ensure regulatory compliance with CMS guidelines.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during follow-up visits or calls.
Support intake and authorization processes when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in the State of California.
Valid RRT or CRT credential (NBRC).
1+ years of experience in a clinical or home care setting preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare and Medi-Cal coverage for respiratory therapy equipment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Clean driving record and ability to travel within Central Valley (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
Spanish language skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $33–$40/hour depending on experience and credentials.
Schedule Flexibility: Choose part-time or full-time based on your availability.
Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (based on status).
