Manufacturing Quality Technician provides quality assurance and administrative support to ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements in fabrication. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality processes, and assisting departments in meeting production and quality objectives. A high level of attention to detail, strong data management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Full time, M-F, from 0600-2:30.
Essential Job Functions
· Assist in the organization, preparation, and review of Job Travelers for accuracy and completeness
· Perform document control activities, including scanning, filing, and maintaining quality records
· Support Quality Management System (QMS) processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
· Maintain and manage file systems for closed jobs and quality documentation
· Perform data entry and tracking of quality-related metrics
· Assist in internal audits, inspections, and corrective action documentation
· Provide general clerical and administrative support to the quality and production teams
· Cross-train and assist other departments as needed
· Follow all Safety Programs (IIPP) and quality procedures related to the role
· Work from established procedures and guidelines to complete assignments accurately
Minimum Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED
· 1–3 years of experience in quality, data entry, or related manufacturing/office environment
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with Quality Systems or ISO standards (preferred)

· Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service
· Basic understanding of quality processes and documentation control
· Competent in business math
· Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
· Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs when required
· This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of eligibility to work in the United States.
