Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of production tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle materials efficiently using forklift and warehouse experience to support inventory management and logistics.
- Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment according to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and inspections to verify product quality during various stages of production.
- Document production activities accurately, including batch records, process parameters, and quality checks.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, engineering, and warehouse personnel to meet production goals.
- Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
