The job is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-4 pm. Weekend shifts from 3-11 pm and overnight shifts are also available.

You will support him in his online school program to earn a high school diploma, as well as leading a full and inclusive life, including socializing, sports and exercise, exploring Los Angeles, and taking care of his own apartment

Requirements:

• desire to help a young man achieve his dreams
• desire to learn to be a good communication partner for someone with minimal verbal ability who communicates by typing
• confident, organized, ability to problem solve and work independently
• calm temperament
• work authorization and ability to pass background check
• clean driving record
• some experience with individuals with disabilities or mental health issues
• Bachelor’s degree

Minimum commitment of 2 years required.
