 ROLE DESCRIPTION: Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative.&nbsp; Spanish English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. Part time and Full-time candidates, college students are encouraged to join with office hour from Monday to Friday.&nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Phone answering and taking message&nbsp;</li>
<li>Scheduling appointments Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting clients with billing, document, claim questions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks</li>
<li>Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Motivated to contribute to agency growth</li>
