Full-Time Professional Driver – ORO Mobility
Looking for a full-time position with a consistent schedule and consecutive days off? ORO is hiring Drivers to transport passengers using the Uber platform. We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company vehicle, fuel, maintenance, and insurance—so you can focus on delivering a safe and exceptional customer experience.
A Day in the Life
As an ORO Driver, you’ll safely transport passengers while representing our commitment to safety and service. Every shift begins with a company-provided vehicle that’s clean, inspected, and ready to go.
Schedule

Full-Time (37+ hours per week)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Consecutive days off
What You’ll Do
-
Safely transport passengers using the Uber platform.

Provide friendly, professional customer service.

Assist passengers with loading and unloading personal belongings.

Navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.

Complete pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections.

Retrieve and return company vehicles each shift.

Follow all company safety policies and protect company assets.
What We’re Looking For

Must be 23 years of age or older

Valid California driver’s license
-
Minimum one year of licensed driving experience

Personal smartphone required

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to safety

The hourly rate for this role is $19.61 per hour plus tips.

Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)

Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)

Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
