Job DescriptionAlongside ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention provider for individuals with developmental delays. The Office Assistant will work alongside our clinical department to ensure patient quality services. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Office Assistant will ensure to maintain the presentation of the clinic to proper standards which includes but isn’t limited to supply orders, light cleaning, etc. In addition to hourly pay, the Office Assistant can earn bonuses per month.

Pay: $22 - $24 / hour 
Availability: Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:15pm or 9:45am-6:15pm (Full-Time)

  • Front desk coverage (emails, phones, texts, patient check in/out, mail)
  • Managing and leading the administrative operations of the clinic
  • Managing our client charts
  • Communicating with current and potential clientele/vendors/employees
  • Communicating with client insurance companies
  • Managing client intake process
  • Managing patient and employee data bases
  • Assist with special/ongoing projects

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma
  • Experience with intakes (preferably in ABA)
  • Ability to work independently on required duties; seek assistance/direction when discrepancies arise
  • Organizational skills to work in a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of changes
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor across all situations
  • The ability to be a creative thinker to find solutions to complex situations
  • Interpersonal skills to work as part of a team, working collaboratively with others
  • Superior ability to complete multi-step procedures even when interrupted at high rates
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude, presenting with a sense of leadership, calm and control
  • Strong time management and punctuality
