Billables: 1850

A highly regarded litigation boutique is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its San Francisco or San Jose office in a hybrid capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation for major Fortune 500 clients while receiving top-tier compensation and meaningful courtroom exposure.
Position Overview
The attorney will handle a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, antitrust claims, mass arbitrations, privacy matters, consumer claims, and other business-related litigation. The firm values strong litigators with excellent research, writing, discovery, and advocacy skills.
Qualifications
- 1–6+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and discovery experience
- Experience representing corporate clients in litigation matters is a plus
- Open to attorneys from various litigation backgrounds who are interested in building or expanding a commercial litigation practice
- Active California Bar license required
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $220,000 to $410,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors that may affect compensation include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
