Job DescriptionJob Overview: Pay Range: $35.53hr - $40.53hr

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on material deposition using tools and established work instructions.
  • Configure lab equipment and modules based on customer requirements.
  • Create, revise, and maintain product-related documentation ensuring accuracy in processes, tooling, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate understanding of electronics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Execute end-to-end process flow with strong operational knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Adjust equipment settings to meet desired specifications.
  • Perform calculations and input accurate production data.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
  • Work on assignments requiring judgment and initiative, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage time effectively while handling changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed daily production notes and logs.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Plan and execute tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards such as ISO.
  • Handle wafers with precise manual dexterity.
  • Perform material handling, including lifting as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing-related experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processes (preferred).
  • Ability to read and follow assembly documentation thoroughly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and machine tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ESD practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift up to approximately 25 lbs (with equipment if needed).
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (100% onsite).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Prior experience working with cleanroom protocols and precision handling processes.
