Behavior Technician / Paraprofessional Opportunities - Chino, CA

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking dedicated and flexible Behavior Technicians and Paraprofessionals to support K–12 students for the upcoming school year. These are full-time opportunities working in supportive educational environments with opportunities to assist students in both 1:1 and classroom-based settings.

Position Details

• Position: Behavior Technician / Paraprofessional / RBT
• Schedule: Full-time
• Start Date: August 10th
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Settings: 1:1 support and classroom support environments
• Additional Duties: Bus riding responsibilities may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and academic support to students throughout the school day
• Assist teachers and school staff with classroom management and student engagement
• Support students in 1:1 and small group settings
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and student support plans
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility with school placement assignments

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or students preferred
• Ability to work with a variety of grade levels and student needs
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility regarding school placement and assignments required
