Job DescriptionThe Liberty Group is hiring dependable Apartment Porters / Groundskeepers to help keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming.
Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

- 6+ months general labor / porter / groundskeeping experience
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
What you’ll do
- Pick up trash and debris around the property
- Assist with trash-outs and general property clean-up
- Power wash sidewalks, breezeways, and exterior areas
- Replace light bulbs, switch plates, and A/C filters as needed
- Check smoke alarms and replace batteries as directed
- Support maintenance/office teams with day-to-day community upkeep
Preferred (not required)
- Pool cleaning experience and familiarity with pool chemicals
- Apartment community porter/grounds experience
- Experience in related fields (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) if you also have general labor experience
