Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role is highly valued.

- Adaptability, patience, and enthusiasm when supporting students with varied learning needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or special needs support is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the classroom and provide support to individual students or small groups.
- Implement teacher-directed instructional activities and academic interventions.
- Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, lunchrooms, and playgrounds.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
- Support students with physical, emotional, or behavioral challenges as needed.
- Help with preparation and organization of materials for lessons and school activities.
- Maintain confidentiality, following all school and district guidelines.
