Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
- Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards

Requirements:

- Active CA OT License (or In Process Under 60 Day Rule)
- SNF Experience Preferred (New Graduates Welcome and Mentorship Available)
- Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills
- Flexible and Collaborative Mindset

- Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance
