- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical policies aligned with federal regulations.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical development, and healthcare management strategies.
- Participate in utilization management and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining cost-effective care.
- Support clinical research efforts by facilitating protocols that adhere to FDA regulations and institutional review board (IRB) requirements.
- Oversee training programs for clinical staff on EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and HIPAA compliance.
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to clinical programs or new healthcare initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of managed care principles and healthcare management practices.
- Proficiency in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for documentation and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology essential for effective supervision of clinical activities.
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics with supervising medical personnel.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervisory experience in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes related to healthcare services and resource allocation.

- Valid DEA License
- Valid MD/DO board certification in Family Medicine or IM
