NOW HIRING – CQC MANAGER / SSHO / SUPERINTENDENT
San Diego Area – NAVFAC Southwest Projects
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified professionals for upcoming NAVFAC Southwest federal construction projects throughout the San Diego area.
Open Positions:
• Construction Quality Control Manager (CQC Manager)
• Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO)
• Superintendent
Salary Range:
$120,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualified candidates should have experience with federal or military construction projects and be familiar with NAVFAC and/or USACE requirements and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- USACE CQM Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- EM 385-1-1 knowledge and compliance
- RMS/QCS experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control requirements
Experience with DoD, NAVFAC, USACE, or other federal agencies is highly preferred.
Projects may include renovation, infrastructure, and vertical construction work on active military installations throughout Southern California.
