The Residential and Commercial Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various client properties. Working primarily in three-person teams, this role involves executing thorough cleaning routines in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring environments are sanitary and presentable. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, the cleaner follows a fixed daily schedule and utilizes a company vehicle for transportation to various job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and order
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks adhering to client specifications
- Sanitize surfaces to ensure hygienic environments
- Provide floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with health and safety standards
