📍 Newport Beach, CA | Hybrid Flexibility | $165,000–$205,000 + Bonus
Metric is partnered with a highly respected Newport Beach law firm seeking a California-licensed Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing employer-side practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with business clients on sophisticated employment matters rather than insurance defense files.
What You'll Work On
- Employment litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution
- Wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
- Single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA litigation
- Depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Direct client interaction and strategic advisory work
What They're Looking For
- Active California Bar license
- 2–10 years of employment litigation experience (Ideally 5+)
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Collaborative, client-focused approach

💰 $165,000–$205,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Full Benefits
