The annual salary range is approximately $62,400–$83,200 per year.

Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. This role coordinates subcontractors and trades, schedules and monitors work progress, and addresses issues or delays as they arise. The Site Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, enforces safety protocols, and ensures compliance with building codes and company standards. They review drawings and project documents, track materials and deliveries, and communicate updates and needs to project managers and other stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, reporting on project milestones, and supporting a positive, respectful work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong site management and coordination abilities, including supervising crews, organizing daily tasks, and managing subcontractors.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and related documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations, with a proven track record of enforcing safe work practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, project managers, inspectors, and on-site personnel.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
  • Basic proficiency with construction-related software or digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreperson, or similar role in commercial or residential construction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in construction management or a related field are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, including standing, walking, and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., OSHA safety training) are highly desirable.
