Job Description

Job Description Join the Team Powering Quiet Adventures

Envision a busy summer Saturday in Newport Harbor. Before guests arrive, you’ve walked the docks, checked work orders, and kicked off a crisp safety briefing. One team tackles a dock repair, another completes preventive maintenance on an electric vessel, and you’re tracking parts inventory so nothing stalls the day. You coordinate equipment use, verify work against safety and quality standards, and update internal teams on which boats are ready to launch—all while keeping the yard spotless and compliant.
