Contracts Administration & Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administration & Customer Experience Manager to lead a team supporting commercial and military contracts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for contract administration, customer relationship management, compliance oversight, risk mitigation, backlog management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals.
- Manage commercial and government contracts from award through completion.
- Review contract terms, modifications, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and business risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and operational goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of contract management or contract administration experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and government contracting practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred.
