Qualifications

<li>Minimum 3 years of residential property management or related experience.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Experience with budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi,&nbsp;CRM Flex,&nbsp;CRM IQ,&nbsp;CRM MIQ&nbsp;preferred).</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of LIHTC/TX Credit compliance is a plus.</li>
