This position allows physicians to serve underserved communities within a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care. - Mission-driven FQHC serving underserved coastal communities
- Collaborative team environment rebuilding and expanding services
- Flexible scheduling options with protected administrative time
- No overnight call with after-hours service managing patient calls
- Average patient volume of 20-24 patients per day
- Dedicated inbox coverage during time away to prevent message backlog
- Team-based care model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers
- On-site specialty services including behavioral health, cardiology, podiatry, nutrition, and dental
- Newly renovated clinic with eClinicalWorks EMR system
- Opportunity to perform procedures based on physician training and comfort level
- Base salary between $270,000-$320,000 not tied to RVU pressure
- Up to $50,000 NHSC loan repayment eligibility through HPSA designation
- Comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- 28 days PTO plus 5 CME days and $5,000 CME allowance
