Job DescriptionURGENT HIRING – CDL Class A TEAM DRIVERS | Dedicated Coast-to-Coast Run | Fresno, CANow Hiring Experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers!We're looking for 2 professional Class A drivers to join a dedicated team operation based out of Fresno, CA. If you already have a driving partner—or you're looking to be paired with another qualified driver—this is an outstanding opportunity to run consistent, long-haul freight in late-model equipment with dependable home time and excellent earning potential.What You'll Do
- Dedicated team operation departing from Fresno, CA
- Deliver general freight throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, along with routes across 11 western states
- Typical schedule is approximately two weeks on the road, followed by 4 consecutive days at home
- Coast-to-coast freight with consistent miles
Pay & Compensation
- $0.55 per mile (truck rate) with team miles averaging 7,000–8,000 miles per week
- Team drivers split total mileage earnings
- Detention Pay: $30/hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $30/hour when required to shut down with available hours
- Quarterly Safety Bonus: $250 per truck for zero scale violations
