The Centerless OD Grinder position in Cincinnati is responsible for precision grinding operations within a large manufacturing department focused on aerospace, medical, industrial, and automotive components. Operating primarily during the day shift, this role collaborates within a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality production standards are maintained with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform centerless grinding and machine setup for various components
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain production records
• Adjust tools and troubleshoot machine issues to optimize output
• Monitor production processes and ensure safety compliance
• Conduct routine maintenance and handle materials as required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in centerless OD grinding

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Centerless grinding and machine operation expertise
• Proficient in precision measurement and reading blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
