IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Labored / Helper for an aerospace manufacturing company located in Santa Ana, CA.
This is a 2nd shift position from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm but you will be trained in the 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm for about 1 week. Must be able to start right away, this is a temp to hire position.
Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and E-Verify.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Places parts on and off racks as needed.
• Performs bending of aluminum wires on racks to ensure parts are secure and adequately placed.
• Tightens bolts and screws with equipment and tools on saddle racks to ensure they are secure.
• May assist the Plater in cleaning tanks.
• Performs visual inspection of parts to ensure no over plating.
• Use air hose to dry parts upon completion of plating cycle.
• Prepares and packages parts for shipping.
ITAR REQUIREMENT:
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to wear a respirator.
• Moderate pushing and pulling.
• Ability to work with chemicals.
• Exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas.
Compensation: $17.90 hr.
