What You’ll Do
- Perform California Smog Inspections (Required)
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- Complete digital inspections (TechMetric)
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors
- Follow our workflow:
- Customer concern first
- Safety next
- Maintenance last
- Deliver high-quality work with no comebacks

What We Expect
- Valid Smog License (Required)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- High sense of urgency ?

- Ability to produce and stay consistent

Pay Structure
- ?? Base pay: $33.80/hr
- ?? Performance-based growth up to $45/hr
- High production = higher earnings
