Job Title: Customer Certification Program Manager
Job Location: Carpinteria, CA Pay Rate: $39 Monday - Friday
 
We are seeking a Customer Certification Program Manager to support a critical SAP transition initiative. Following SAP go-live, customer specification processes that were previously automated will move to a manual workflow, creating a need for additional support during SAP stabilization and hypercare.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage customer specification tracking, review, and approval processes</li>
<li>Support SAP stabilization and post-go-live activities</li>
<li>Coordinate new customer specifications and process improvements</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing and compliance</li>
<li>Help optimize customer specification workflows within SAP</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>SAP experience required</li>
<li>Program coordination, project coordination, or business process management experience</li>
<li>Experience working with customer specifications, quality systems, or manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Manufacturing, chemical, life sciences, medical device, or regulated industry experience preferred</li>
