We are a modern, relationship-based functional family dental practice in Sunnyvale seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant / RDA who wants to grow with a practice focused on whole-body health, prevention, and outstanding patient experiences.
This is not a high-volume “drill and fill” office. We take time to educate patients, build trust, and connect oral health to overall wellness.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist chairside during restorative and preventive procedures.
- Create a calm, welcoming, patient-centered experience.
- Take digital radiographs, photos, and scans.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
- Educate patients on home care and oral-systemic health concepts.
- Support hygiene and doctor flow for an exceptional patient experience.
- Help maintain smooth clinical operations and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:Required:
- DA or RDA license in California.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn.
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Open Dental.
- Experience with digital scanning, photography, laser dentistry, or airway-focused care.
- Passion for prevention, wellness, and patient education.

Schedule:
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (optional/flexible if true).
