Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pharmaceutical care and dispense medications following regulations.

  • Review prescriptions for safety, interactions, and dosing accuracy.

  • Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all activities.

  • Advise patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage.

  • Maintain complete and compliant patient records and inventory accuracy.

  • Utilize data and pipelines to track metrics and forecast pharmacy outcomes.

  • Monitor and report adverse drug events and product quality concerns.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy plans.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • Support on-site training and mentorship for junior staff and interns.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to demonstrate progress against targets.

  • Demonstrate adaptability to a growth-oriented, merit-based environment.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed pharmacist with active registration and regulatory compliance.

  • Accurate dispensing and medication safety review for prescriptions.

  • Medication therapy management and patient counseling on use and side effects.

  • Maintain complete, compliant patient records and inventory accuracy.

  • Adverse event reporting and product quality concern escalation.

  • Regulatory change tracking and on-site compliance implementation.

  • Data-driven approach to track metrics and forecast pharmacy outcomes.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy plans.

  • Process improvement initiative identification and implementation.

  • On-site training and mentorship for junior staff and interns.
