Key Responsibilities

- Develop M&A investment strategies based on industry trends and fund positioning, clarifying key M&A focus areas (high-tech sectors such as Quantum Security, Innovative Drugs, AI Healthcare, Precision Diagnostics, etc.).
- Identify high-quality projects that align with the M&A strategy and establish a global network of industry resources (including corporations, research institutions, investment banking channels, etc.).
- Lead teams in conducting financial, legal, and commercial due diligence, identifying core risks (such as technology commercialization risk, policy compliance risk, etc.).
- Design transaction structures (equity ratio, valuation adjustment mechanism (VAM), exit routes) and coordinate with law firms and accounting firms to complete deal closings.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with global intermediaries, including investment banks, law firms, and accounting firms.
- Assume the GP function for the global M&A fund.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in top-tier investment banking (I-Bank) or private equity (PE).
- Proven track record of executing cross-border M&A deals valued at over USD 100 million.
- Highly sensitive to industry trends, with forward-looking judgment and a strong sense of risk control.
- Candidates holding certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM are preferred.
- Must be based in or frequently travel between the US and China, with deep connections in the North American high-tech industry.
