I'm currently working on an excellent opportunity with an elite AmLaw firm in Los Angeles, who are looking for an exceptional associate with 4-7 years of Structure Finance and Securitization experience to join their market leading practice.
They have a strong international presence and an excellent client base, allowing the opportunity to advise on many high-value deals. This role would suit a mid level associate looking to receive exposure to high-value work in high stakes, fast paced environments.
Candidate requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience
- Admitted in Los Angeles
- Trained at, or experience with a leading law firm
- Excellent academics
